- Our discs feature heavy duty reinforced vulcanized fibre backing for strength and safety.
- A tough phenolic resin bond ensures reliable adhesion while resisting heat, glazing, and loading.
- Ceramically coated grain provides an extraordinary sanding surface. Aluminum Oxide is available for all purpose sanding. Alumina Zircinia is available for operations requiring high performance and longer disc life. Choose Silicon Carbide for special applications such as titanium alloys, marble, fiberglass, and all plastic materials.
- Spiralcool discs are pressure formed during humidity controlled conditions to ensure a perfect shape to every disc.
- Before packaging the discs are cross extrusion flexed, inspected and plastic wrapped for freshness.
